Had a couple of snafus in 3 years, both times the developer personally responded to my email and talked me through issues until they were resolved. We have added a button above to download Fontstand APK file. Not affiliated in any way, but really happy with this product. To use Fontstand font rentals you must first install Fontstand for OS X (compatible with OS. Also have linked folder “Font Tests” where I put new fonts, check them, tag them, then move to All. I have “All TF Fonts” (apart from a masterfile with everything, this one is all usable fonts, no bonuses or woffs, etc). You link the folder holding the fonts you want. Our Desktop Fonts are available in the OpenType PS (OTF) format which works for both Mac and PC. I am strict to tag new fonts when adding them. If FontStand doesn’t work for you and you need the real font files for testing, please get in touch (present yourself properly) and we can send over our trial fonts with a limited character set. You can show only untagged and do a few a day to catch up. I think the most valuable thing is tagging – I have made a pretty comprehensive list of tags (from the obvious – sans, semi serif, serif etc – to sub tags like “Special/high M” or “/unusual e”, or “Criteria/personal use”. Can turn fonts on temporarily for a particular job, auto-activation, great “compare” feature, etc. One-off payment of about A$30 well worth it. Please send us your InDesign or Illustrator files with your text.
